Meditating With Horses

The above photo captures the life force energy of a horse.

You are invited to spend an hour meditating with our horses individually or in a herd setting. Your session will be facilitated and can include a guided meditation, music or you may choose to employ your preferred method. Facilitation is necessary due to insurance requirements.

The benefits of working with horses:

Research conducted by the HeartMath Institute demonstrate that  the human heart has a larger electromagnetic field and higher level of intelligence than the brain and extends up to 8 to 10 feet around the human body.

Not surprisingly, the electromagnetic field projected by the horse's heart is five times larger than a human's.  The horse's electromagnetic field is stronger than ours and actually has an influence our own heart rhythm in their presence.

Horses have a coherent heart rhythm which explains why we many people feel better when they are around them.

Research shows that a coherent heart pattern is indicative  of feelings of well-being and create a calm state accompanied by the emotions of peace and joy.

Their strong electromagnetic field helps a person to adjust in stressful or emotional situations very efficiently. Often times, we only need to be in a horses presence to feel a sense of wellness and peace.

In addition, research shows that people experience many physical benefits during interactions with horses, including lowered blood pressure and heart rate, decreased pain levels (increased levels of beta-endorphins the neurotransmitters that serve as pain suppressors), decreased stress levels, reduced feelings of anger, hostility, tension and anxiety, improved social functioning; and increased feelings of empowerment, trust and patience.

" Ginny is a natural teacher and has taught me so much about using my own unique set of intuitive gifts. She has studied so much and has a vast knowledge of energy healing modalities and philosophies. What I appreciate about her is the ability to consolidate her body of knowledge into a system that I know resonates with my higher self. She is so very intuitive and is able to help me by validating what I sense and do in my own practice. This alone allows me to gain confidence in fine tuning my own personal intuitive language. I see multiple times daily her methods at work informing my own life and the lives of my family and pets. "

Healing With Horses at Liberty

"You not only opened my eyes, but my heart and I am so thankful! You have an incredible gift and talent." Christina T.

Horses are quickly becoming known for the sentient, wise and compassionate souls they are. In the past 30 years there have been many therapeutic and educational programs structured around the remarkable shifts horses facilitate in a human's energy field.

In addition to the research noted to the left under Meditating With Horses, you will quickly discover that horses have an innate wisdom that can facilitate healing humans in countless ways. This ability, combined with Ginny's animal communication skill and her own unique intuitive healing abilities blend together effortlessly to bring forward an exciting new paradigm in healing.

Our Healing at Liberty: Connecting With The Horse's Heart program seeks to heighten the self awareness of a human by connecting to he heart energy of a willing horse who has chosen to be a Healer and Teacher.  It is impossible to be anything but authentic in the presence of these majestic and loving animals as their powerful heart energy identifies emotional and physical imbalances for the purpose of true growth and healing.

Additionally, if the human is a horse owner/caretaker, our program can also enhance the bond and relationship between them in miraculous ways.

Ginny has studied many human and equine energy and physical healing modalities. She is a psychic, medium, animal communicator and energy medicine practitioner. She has chosen to combine all of this knowledge in partnership with the equine world to bring forward this remarkable new healing program to benefit humans in all walks of life.

Please read Ginny's compelling story of illness and recovery in partnership with the equine world under the "About Ginny" tab in the menu above.

"I first met Ginny about 5 years ago during a time when I was desperate for healing. She has always been the one to say that we are our own healers, and has continuously over the years shown me that that is the truth.

I haven't met anyone more willing to share their knowledge and abilities simply for the greater good than Ginny. I count her as a close friend, one that teaches and loves deeply, and honors each of us on our path.

It's rare to come across a teacher who doesn’t work from their Ego. Ginny is the exception."

"Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for Ginny’s help in my family.  My beautiful boy has struggled with extreme anger and frustration for a few years now.  One thing lead to another and while we accomplished a lot on our own I realized I needed some help.  This has been an incredibly traumatic time; we were at a point where he was having 5 or 6 major physical fits a day.    I knew this was beyond what I understood, and was guided to Ginny from another healer who thought she could help.

Not only has Ginny been able to help us by successfully peeling back the layers needed to deeply heal and reconstruct our lives, she has provided me with the tools I needed to understand we are all capable of healing ourselves, and taught me that love is the strongest force in the Universe.  We are definitely on the path of healing and transformation.  There are even days with no fits now and our quality of life has vastly improved.  My son even told me he knows his soul purpose is about love, he is 5 by the way.

Recently, we were blessed to have a healing performed by one of her horses, Apache on my son.  This was truly a miraculous and beautiful event that I will never forget.  My son has realized he can communicate and hear animals.  Because of Ginny, many doors have opened in our lives, and I am forever grateful.  We are just a few of the many people this woman has touched and healed.

Many thanks, Ginny!

Additional testimony added two months later:

Ginny, I have my boy back! His temperament has cooled way down. He's been able to entertain himself, play, draw and allow me to work! Before when he would have freaked out over little things he's actually handling them today! Thank you.”

If you or your animal are experiencing what you perceive to be a severe or sudden medical condition, please seek medical or veterinary care, your family physician, dentist, psychotherapist, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Ginny strongly advises that you seek appropriate medical, mental health and veterinary care, in addition to any work that you may undertake with her.We promote biodynamic (body, mind and spirit) balance through an Integrative Health Care* model as defined by the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health. Our work is considered "complementary" care and is not intended to be a substitute for traditional licensed medical or veterinary care; we do not diagnose or prescribe treatment.

Our goal, through the use of Acupressure, Shiatsu, Animal Communication and Energy Medicine, is to help restore balance and alignment of the energy, mind and physical body of both people and animals. Trapped energies such as emotions, trauma and memories often create blocks and distortion in the body. These distortions often result in an energetic imbalance which can interfere with the proper physiological and psychological functioning of the body and potentially contribute to the development of disease. Science has proven that Energy Medicine has a significant impact on all of the systems and functions of the body, including but not limited to: increasing the circulation of blood and oxygen flow, promoting relaxation and healing, releasing toxins and endorphins, building enzymes, regulating hormones and the immune system.

*According to the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health, Integrative Health Care, Complementary Medicine and Alternative Medicine are defined as follows: There are many definitions of “integrative” health care, but all involve bringing conventional and "complementary" or "alternative" approaches together in a coordinated way.The use of integrative approaches to health and wellness has grown within care settings across the United States. Researchers are currently exploring the potential benefits of integrative health in a variety of situations, including pain management for military personnel and veterans, relief of symptoms in cancer patients and survivors, and programs to promote healthy behaviors.

  • If a non-mainstream practice is used together with conventional medicine, it’s considered “complementary.”
  • If a non-mainstream practice is used in place of conventional medicine, it’s considered “alternative.”
