In the past, people have taken advantage of my kindness and that is why I have had to establish the guidelines set forth below. I know it may be inconvenient to read, but I do ask that you take the time as it is very important to me that everyone have a good experience with me. People have missed their appointments with me because they believe I am going to call them for their session. I use a telephone conference line or Zoom for international clients; I do not call people. All of this information is provided below and in all appointment confirmation and reminder emails.

Additionally, as much as I wish I could, I cannot promise to cure you or your beloved animal of an illness that has already taken hold in the physical body. Know that I respect the Medical and Veterinary professions and will always recommend qualified evaluation. I may be able to provide insight as to why things are happening, or identify an issue that hasn't been considered, but I cannot promise to cure anything - only you can do that for yourself." ~Ginny

U.S. and Canada: All human and animal intuitive sessions will take place via a telephone conference line unless you purchase an in home animal session or Cognomovement session in the Prescott, AZ area only. If at the time of your appointment you are sitting by your telephone waiting for Ginny to call you directly you will miss your session and your payment will NOT be refunded. Please read this entire notice. After you book a session, the confirmation and reminder emails will provide the conference line details.

All other international clients: All human and animal intuitive sessions will take place over Zoom with audio only. If you are an international client, please be sure to notify the office at info@heartofthehorse.us. Please do not ask for a video session as Ginny "meditates" with her eyes closed during most sessions.

As a professional courtesy, Ginny asks that you do not "invite" a friend to watch Ginny work if she is coming to your home or barn, or have anyone other than yourself present for your telephone or Zoom session unless you advise her ahead of time and obtain her permission. Ginny's work is permission based, she energetically obtains permission from the people she works with at the soul level. This can prevent a myriad of issues and misunderstandings. Each session is for *ONE* living person or animal only. PLEASE respect this policy.

Cognomovement sessions will take place either via Zoom or in person at Next Level Functional Health 1055 Ruth Street #8, Prescott AZ 86301. 

Other Level 2 Cognomovement Practitioners are charging from $300 - $600 per hour.

Emergencies: The current wait time for a session with Ginny is approximately 1 weeks If your situation is an urgent one, Ginny accepts a limited number of emergency sessions each month. Please email the office at info@heartofthehorse.us to request an emergency session.

Ginny prefers not to accept clients who only wish to speak with a loved one in spirit, either human or animal, as functioning as a medium is not her primary focus. Her primary focus is to assist living people and animals to remember the tools they already possess to create a new level of understanding and awareness of SELF. If you would like to purchase a GIFT for someone, please know that it may be better to choose a "regular" animal communicator or intuitive for someone who is not familiar with Ginny's advanced level of soul work. Please ensure that you listen to the appropriate introductory recording provided below. It is important to realize that not everyone is open to this highly esoteric work. Please make sure the person you are gifting a session to is open to this deeply personal level of soul and self-awareness for themselves and/or their animal.

Ginny asks that all new clients read or listen to the message "How Ginny Works" (human or animal) several days prior to your first session. If you listen at the last minute, or just prior to your session, you and/or your animal will not be as open and prepared as you could be to do this level of work. The recordings explain how and why she works the way she does, and how to prepare yourself and/or your animal for a session with her. Please do not do this at the last minute.

Listening to this recording will prevent Ginny from spending your valuable session time explaining how she works as her approach is quite a bit different from traditional methods. If you prefer to read the message instead of listening there are pdf files available.

PLEASE respect the policy of ONE living animal or person per session.

Discounts are provided for multiple sessions.

There are no refunds processed for cancellations within 24 hours prior to your session.

Rescheduling must be processed at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. If you wish to reschedule a missed appointment, a fee of $60 will be charged.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for the scheduled appointment time, your session will be cancelled and you will be charged in full for the session. Emergencies do happen and can be taken into consideration on a case by case basis.

Always seek licensed Medical, Psychiatric, or Veterinary care. We do not offer grief counseling or any therapeutic, psychiatric or medical services.
